Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP)

An Aluminum Composite Panel (ACP) is a flat, lightweight sandwich panel widely used for exterior cladding and signage. It consists of two thin aluminum sheets bonded to a non-aluminum core, combining structural rigidity with extreme flexibility.

Key Characteristics & Components

Sandwich Design: A core material is permanently bonded between two sheets of 0.5mm coil-coated aluminum.

Core Materials: Typically made of polyethylene (PE) for standard use, or mineral-filled fire-retardant (FR) materials for safety compliance.

Protective Coating: The exterior face is coated with high-durability paints like PVDF (Fluorocarbon) to resist UV rays and weathering.

Benefits: Highly cost-effective, extremely lightweight, easy to bend/shape, and available in virtually any color, texture, or metallic finish.
