Aluminum Louver

An aluminum louver is a structural ventilation system fitted with fixed or adjustable horizontal blades. It allows air and light to pass through while keeping out water, direct debris, and excessive sunlight. They are widely used on commercial building facades, mechanical rooms, and residential windows.

Key Characteristics & Components

Extruded Aluminum: Built from high-strength alloys (like 6063-T5) that resist rusting, warping, and intense weather.

Blade Profile: Blades are specially angled (often at 30 or 45 degrees) and shaped to catch rain and drain it away.

Finishes: Coated with PVDF or powder-painted to match building facades and resist fading from UV rays.

Benefits: Provides excellent airflow, hides ugly mechanical equipment from public view, and requires virtually zero maintenance.
